Great house in a really good location overlooking a lovely lawn to the sea. Very comfortable house and well kitted out. Would recommend it.

I took my children, partners and 5 grandchildren aged 3-9 to this property for a long weekend. The accommodation was excellent with separate beds for all the children in their own bedrooms and double bedrooms for all the adults. The location is lovely 100 yards from the beach and there were fantastic views over the sea from the lounge and our bedroom. I did a fair bit of cooking, and the kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils plus everything else you might need. A lovely house for a long weekend or a summer break.

Fantastic house in a great location. Well equipped and Sian is great at keeping in touch and letting you know the best places locally. We thoroughly recommend Chez Moi for a meal.

This is an absolute gem of a house. Beautifully positioned on the seafront with stunning views of sea and sky. Calm and quiet yet within easy walking distance of the centre of town. Wonderfully comfortable with high class fixtures and fittings. Would not hesitate to recommend it highly.

Just a perfect house in the best location ever. Lots of little extras - body boards, scooters - even wetsuits and beach shoes in a selection of sizes. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen if you want to cook. Lovely private grass area overlooking the sea. Cosy lounge with terrace and sea view. Beds super comfy. Overall, a wonderful place for our family celebrations. Sian was so helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Stunning house. Perfect location. Stayed for a 60th celebration and we will have fantastic memories forever. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Just perfect.

A wonderful house with lovely views of the beach. Clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen. We slept well, ate well and celebrated my husband's birthday in style. The glorious sun shining across our stay was an added bonus. There's a surprising amount to do in the area and lots of stuff within walking distance so we had a super stay! Sian gave us lots of great suggestions too. A really great find!

A beautiful historical house full of character with great sea views. We had a nice few days relaxing here - it was so peaceful. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Sian was a brilliant host - very kind and helpful with great communication and lots of local knowledge.

Fantastic house with all the amenities you could possibly need. Clean. Perfectly placed for the beach. Excellent space in the garden at the front for long summer evenings and a hop to the beach. Loved it and would recommend it.

Such a light, spacious and beautiful house with incredible views of the sea. We were very impressed with our stay - particularly the comfy beds and very high quality bedding! Great communication from the host too. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning.

We found the house to be perfectly positioned. The views are fantastic whatever the weather. The facilities are suitably proportioned for small or large groups, and or family gatherings. The house is centrally positioned, so it is ideal for all of the local amenities. It was ideal for our needs as a family. We will certainly be back next year. A big thank you to Sian for her help, as and when we needed anything. A beautiful home from home.

This is just the most perfect location. Seascapes are right on the beach so you don't have to walk far after your early morning dip in the sea. The house is well equipped and the rooms very comfortable. Sian provided us with excellent information prior to our stay. We enjoyed stunning weather during our time here, so the front courtyard was perfect for breakfast and the communal lawn space outside the house, ideal for evening drinks while watching the sun go down. We all wished we could have stayed longer and would certainly try and book again. Thank you Sian - we loved your house.

Sian was a really responsive and accommodating host. We were given great info on places to stay that helped us a great deal due to having dogs with us. The space is very nice and has lots of character! Has a very homely feel as a family coming together for a long weekend. Being so close to the beach is a really great bonus.

We stayed in the house for a second time after a really lovely first experience in October 2018. It's worth noting that the primary reason for returning to the area was because of the quality of our stay at Sian's house. Everything was just as well-kept as it was last time! The amenities listed were all there and, for the price and location, this has again been one of the best-value trips that we could've asked for. Highly recommended, and we'll be keeping many fond memories thanks to Sian's housekeeping (and her lovely white dog)!

We visited for a family celebration and the house itself is excellently equipped but with the added extras of games, magazines, tourist info and even scooters, buckets and spades for the children! We arrived to see beautiful fresh flowers in the principal rooms which were much appreciated with the special touch of some chocolate eggs for the children being Easter! Those went down very well thank you so much x Your home is in a fantastic position for families with no roads to worry about between the house and beach - just a beautiful laid lawn and the promenade . . . It offers the most amazing sea views - Waking up to the sound of the waves and that uninterrupted view made our stay extra special!

Fabulous location & the house is just lovely. We were a group of friends/families with children & it was so lovely that we & they could have that glorious outside space to be free. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Sian is a fabulous host with great communication & lots of tips — everything went really smoothly. We’ll be back!

Sea house was absolutely brilliant. The historical house was utterly charming with unspoilt sea views. The views from the front bedroom and living room rivalled those of a luxury seaside hotel. The house was stylish but also cosy, highly recommended. The host was very helpful and prompt.

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape by the water in a gorgeous beachfront property look no further. Sea House channels that ‘Hamptons’ feel and is beautifully put together over 3 floors and with a courtyard at the back of the house and a pretty sun terrace at the front of the house with beautiful views of the water. Sian was the perfect host and made my family very welcome in this well equipped and comfortable home. It’s also really child friendly, my young boys were over the moon to find 2 scooters and a drawer full of toys and board games. If you want a nice family friendly venue then I can’t recommend Sian’s house enough.

The Sea House is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It was sparkling clean, very comfortable (we were 9 girls staying for a weekend and we had plenty of space) and the views were unbelievable. Sian was easy to communicate with in the lead up and gave us some great tips. We all walked away wishing we had our own coastal retreat as beautiful as this house!

We have just had THE most perfect weekend at Sea House. Amazing house with plenty of space for 12 of us and a large dog! And for all our stuff... House is gorgeous, the location is just incredible and Sian was nothing but helpful and informative. The views from the top bedroom in particular are stunning. We loved every minute of our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Don't miss this stunning property. Lovely white-washed rooms with bags of charm and seaside character. It's spacious inside and steps from the promenade and seafront. Even the front patio easily hosts a large group for meals if you have good weather. But there are also lots of very good restaurants only a few minutes' walk away. Sian provides great recommendations for everything you might need. Perfect for shoots or holidays.

Sian was the perfect host. The house was everything we hoped for and more. The interior was even more beautiful than the photos portrayed, and there was ample space for the 12 of us. The beds were comfy, the communal spaces were pleasant, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and implements. The views are stunning, and I really cannot fault our stay. We definitely plan on returning, thank you Sian!

Fabulous location! We had lots of space for a large family holiday, and it was all decorated to a very high standard. Lovely to spend time in and also as a base to visit the beach just out the front! The one thing I would say is that there could have been more basic kitchen equipment i.e. tea towels but perhaps we just didn’t find them!"

We booked the Sea House for a big birthday and had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the house and was sad to leave in the end. A great location and tons of space. Loved being by the water, with fantastic views from the windows and a large patio area to enjoy a glass of wine or dinner. Nice walkway along the beach for morning/evening strolls. Host was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The location is quite superb - a safe environment for the kids to play on the green in front of the house and direct access to the beach. Our break was wonderfully refreshing and a great seaside escape. Lovely character property - thanks for having us!

Sea House was a beautiful place to stay. It is very bright and light with plenty of room for our family group. It was a great base to explore the coast/South Downs from. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We all slept soundly in our comfortable, clean rooms and the views from the house were very special. We felt very relaxed after our stay. It was just what we were looking for. Sian communicated well throughout the rental process. I only wish we'd had more time to spend in this beautiful house.
