There’s a huge beautifully decorated downstairs living room with a cosy log burning fire for extra warmth in the cold seasons. On the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an adorable snug and two bedrooms; on the second floor we have a spacious attic room with an en-suite. Heene Place is dog friendly with ample space for them to roam and plenty of room downstairs for you to store paddle boards, bikes and anything else you might need to make your stay memorable. Worthing has a plethora of activities to enjoy and Heene Place is just a short walk from many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Transport is no problem as the property is just a mile from the train station giving easy access to the south coast and London.

We are covered with British Gas Home Care so if they are contacted before 1pm they will come out same day to fix the problem. We also have local plumbers and electricians on call as well as a local lady who lives close by who can come out to help with the problems.

Yes, we provide all the essentials for the kitchen such as tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish clothes, cleaning products, tin foil, bin bags and hand soaps.
- Is there Wi-Fi and does it work properly?
Yes, there is wifi in the house. It works absolutely fine and is ideal for guests who need to work during their stay.
- Is there much to do within walking distance of the house?
There’s plenty to do within walking distance of the house, we provide a tailored guide for each individual group of guests based on their needs.
- Do you provide bed linen and towels?
We provide all your bed linen and towels, as well as beach towels and toys.
